The Beach at Birch Bay

When the tide at Birch Bay is out - it is WAY out. The sun was beginning to set and the water left on the beach formed long lines that reflected the sun. It was an amazing day.

There are always people walking way out on the beach when the tide is out . . .

Way out on the beach . . .

Way way out on the beach . . .

And the clouds are always amazing at Birch Bay . . .

And there are seagulls and ducks floating in the bits of water left on the beach as the tide recedes . . .

Looks like such a fabulous place - it's been many years, must be time again!

Beatufiul, peaceful. People with high blood pressure could do relaxation therapy just by looking at these.

Are those tidepools between the beach and water that separate the people walking way out there? So interesting how far out they are from where you're taking the shots. We have nothing like that here from what I've seen. Very beautiful scenery. ~Lili
