About Me
- JoAnn ( Scene Through My Eyes)
- Bellingham, WA, United States
- We live in the lovely, green Pacific Northwest, almost all the way to the Canadian Border. I spend my time taking photos, or quilting or playing with our two grandsons, ages 7 and 10. Our third grandson, Donnie Ray, was born in West Virginia in June and we got to visit him in October. We try to live green, step lightly upon the earth and honor all beings, our two legged friends, four legged friends and winged and finned friends.

fantastic shots...they are so majestic and elegant in their being. I could watch them all day if it wasn't so darn cold out!
We have a "summer cabin" at Point No Point where we usually get a couple pair of eagles that claim the trees in our front yard right near the water. They use the trees as their staging point to make forays down to the water to hunt for salmon or whatever they can find. The seagulls and crows dive-bomb them in the trees, to no avail, but they put on a good show. We always point out to the grandkids and their guests what a special heritage they have, to be able to see the eagles up close like this.
I just love it when we spot an eagle, but good heavens I have never seen that many all together like that before! What an amazing sight to come upon, so glad you captured these shots for us. ~Lili
There's just something so majestic about eagles. Great pics!
We have had sightings of Eagles here in southern Ontario, but have no pictures as gorgeous as yours. Beautiful!!
