A quilt for Jahn-Zyel





After the 5K day we gave Jahn his new quilt. He is going to be 9 in September and I figured he was old enough for a big boy quilt, rather than a little boy I Spy quilt. He is very interested in the solar system and I found this fabulous fabric of planets.

The top on the bed - colors are not great, the pale part is really blue . . .


Here is Jahn and his quilt in the parking lot of the 5K race - colors are much truer.

It was a great day and Jahn loved his new quilt.

  5. What a fun day it must have been for him to get to do the 5K with Grandpa and then to be surprised with that cool quilt too! You always find the best fabrics to make it special for those little ones! ~Lili
